If there are any females reading this, I am positive you have at one point of your life, have said 'is my hair too outdated' or 'does my hair look nice?'
This post is all about the current hair trends.
To be honest they haven't changed much since last year but there are some differences.
Hair Do's & Dont's:
If you do decide to dye your hair, try and stay close to your natural colour. If you're a natural brown or black. a reddish brown would suit you. Light hair colours only suit some, and if it suits YOU - you are very lucky indeed.
Do not step out with messy, tangled, or greasy hair. Not only is this damaging to your hair but this also makes you look 'cheaper'. There is somewhat of an exception for gym.
Do not use a comb on wet hair, this damages hair follicles instead use a brush such as the paddle brush.
Do not wash your hair too often, this strips your hair of its natural oils.
If you suffer from a flaky scalp:
Cider vinegar eliminates dandruff from your scalp. Use after shampooing on the final rinse.
Do not use T-Gel, it is said to contain an ingredient which has a chance of causing cancer.
Instead of using a professional conditioner, use natural yoghurt. After shampooing and rinsing, apply yoghurt to scalp and leave for 10-15 minutes and then rinse.

Hair trends:
A chic mohawk is still in fashion. This works well with rounds faces (like Cameron Diaz's) and oval faces (like Rihanna's).
The double hair knot
The waved bob. This doesn't work well with round and heart shaped faces as it accentuates the roundness.
Full fringes/bangs are back in fashion. Go blunt like Kate Moss.
The pixie hair crop. I would only recommend this to people with oval or diamond (like Halle Berry's) shape faces as you need good facial structure to work this off, as with all short hair styles.
Bleach blonde hair is back in season.
Reddish brown /Auburn hair.
